Reviews of Dr. Kevin Kwan Urologist in Milton

Dr. Kevin Kwan, as well as the nurse that runs his office are quite easily THE WORST medical "professionals" I have ever dealt with in my entire life. AVOID THIS OFFICE IF YOU CAN.

Read the other reviews here and on Google. They say the same. This man is a disgrace to the profession.
I am going to launch a formal complaint against this office. He needs to be stripped of his license.

My father was referred here to be assessed and treated after a very high PSA test.
Dr Kwan was incredibly disrespectful to my father on the phone. He was short, rude, and condescending. He did not listen to any of the questions or concerns my father had. Instead, he talked over my father, and put the fear of god into him. My dad was on the verge of a breakdown after getting off the phone with him. He said Kwan made him feel like he was going to be dead in a matter of days.
The nurse that handles his office is also a real piece of work. After being told to have his kids call if there were any questions, Kwan refused to take my phone calls when I had questions. The nurse was also incredibly rude and obnoxious on the phone.

Most alarmingly; despite telling my sister on the phone that he would start my father's androgen deprivation therapy right away, he rescinded that out of some ego-driven punitive punishment at his patient having the audacity to ask a few questions about treatment...
This is medical malpractice, and he should lose his license for it.
Please, if you or yourself are looking for treatment, and would like a kind, compassionate, friendly doctor to answer questions in a very stressful and confusing time - LOOK ELSEWEHERE!

You won't find any of the above at this office. Instead, you will be greeted with condescension, disinterest, and even open hostility.
We have found my father a better urologist, that is compassionate, kind, and explained everything in a caring manner.
What a night and day difference...

AVOID DR. KWAN AT ALL COSTS!
