Went to see icelyn on may 13 as my cheeks were looking flat and wanted some definition ! Got appointment within 2 days ! She was very charming and nice ! I only wanted 2
Injections but she said she could only help me if she injected 4 I was not sure because it was too much but also because of money ! She even gave me a discount of 200 but I still ended up paying over $3000! She is very expensive! I trusted her and got the 4 injections in my cheeks ! I left clinic and I was not sure how I felt about my face ! Next day woke up and face looked like a balloon with no shape and very lumpy and red! I called to inform of my concerns and she said it was normal to give it a few more days ! I waited 2 weeks and face swellling went down a little bit but it was fat! I finally decided to see family and friends and everyone was concerned on how fat and distorted face looked! I emailed to come for a follow up and get rid of filler and she said face looked fine ! I told her it looks terrible to dissolve it! She dissolved a bit and said they would follow up with me within a few days but no one contacted me! She left a huge bruise when she dissolved! After 5 days I contacted them again and told them face did not look different and wanted more dissolved they were giving me an appointment for like 3 weeks later ! I told them it was unacceptable and I needed something sooner ! They gave me an appointment the same day! I went in and I told icelyn I was not happy about result and she asked me if I had gained weight! That comment was rude, unsensitive, and hurtful and I told her I had not gained weight that it was her botched filler ! She was very defensive and did not want to help me at all and was not the same person I paid 3000 a few weeks earlier ! I asked her if she wanted to help me or not since if she didn’t want to she didn’t have to as I didn’t want her to botch my face more but to help me as I was feeling very down as my face had been ruined by her not injecting right area of face! She agreed to dissolve more but left me another 3 big bruises! I contacted her again today to ask for a refund or some kind of refund and she decline and said she had not made a profit from me ! How I don’t know since I paid 3000 plus and said had used the dissolver to remove her botched filler ! She also mentioned form I had filled out ! Please stay away from
This lady as she does not know how to inject in cheeks ! She put filler in lower cheek and overfilled nasobial area and now my face looks like a patch doll with no shape and very lumpy! She will not take responsibility for her bad filler treatment or even apologize! I will report her to nurse association for lack of knowledge to administer ffiller in right place as she needs more training abd emotinal distress! Save your time and money and go elsewhere! Do not beleive all the good reviews and fake pictures you see online like I did !
