The worst experience. From rudeness to a terrible haircut fir $50.00 . She, even, let me leave, with wet hair. Absolutely, discussting.

My daughter had an appointment for her communion pictures after the Ohana hair appointment.
We arrived 8 mins late and was greeted with a rude and dismissive 'I am sorry we only allow a 5 mins. late grace period and you were marked as a 'no show'. What kind of a kid's salon runs like this? Or having no disussion for any legitimate reasons behind the tardiness. I also must add that I was not told about this late policy at the time of booking my appointment. Then I was told the next client was arriving in 10 mins. Clearly my daughter's appointment was overbooked for a 20 minute appointment. How was she to be serviced in such a short span of time? This is clearly poor service and would have been a rush job. Lastly, I was told I could go back the next day and when I declined I was met with empty apologies. The Ohana staff and policies are unprofessional, understaffed, and unforgiving. I am glad to say that my family will never go there again.

Simply pathetic and rude staff. We were late for 4 minutes and they refused to take us. They over book people and don't care about providing services to the customers. Simply rude behavior by the not so qualified and educated staff members. Never taking back my kids to them again. They just lost a family as a client.
