I want to thank all the team members at Beautiful U. I am treated like royalty every time I go for my mani-pedi. Kim, the owner is very gracious and pays attention to detail with her staff and her customers. I have never seen them disrespect any clients. I would give them the highest rating available. Thanks Kim, Alex and all the rest of the staff.

The one star is for the two professional people there: the receptionist and the pedicurist. As for the rest, I was disgusted by what I experienced. I went in for a manicure during a slow time. The impatient rudeness of the owner and the woman doing my nails was undeniably toxic and I wanted to leave within the first 10 minutes. I even had the displeasure of observing them sneer at and mock a customer before she walked through the door. My manicure was sub-standard and over priced. There are MANY places to get your nails done and this is one that I will NEVER return to. Don't waste your money.
