My dryer timer dial started spinning and my dryer would not turn on. I called to get a service inspection as I assumed I would need a new timer. I spoke to Chris and he asked me some questions and then had me remove my dial to see if that was cracked or broken, and it was so my new dial cost me $14 as opposed to having someone come out for a service call to find out it wasn't my timer. Saved me a bunch of money. I thanked him so much so now I know where I am shopping when I need a new appliance. So professional and honest and that just shows their integrity!
