Reviews of 101 Mobility in Mississauga

I recently had the unfortunate experience of entrusting my elevator project to Mobility 101. I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had for three main reasons:

• Misleading Claims and Refer Poor Construction: The manager of Mobility 101 Mississauga falsely claimed an in-house construction team with experience in various projects. They outsourced to an inexperienced separate company, causing seven months of delays, property damage, and ignored concerns. We had to hire third-party contractors to finish the job.
• Deceptive Pricing Tactics: During the first visit, I specified my desired elevator door and received a seemingly low quote from Mobility 101. However, after signing the contract and paying the initial payment, they demanded an additional $11,000 for the doors.
• No Project Management Support: Mobility 101 claimed to handle project management, but I ended up managing everything alone. They were uninvolved and left me frustrated, taking on responsibilities I paid them to handle.
