Reviews of ARTON Insurance Brokers Inc in Mississauga

I don't think anyone actually works here. For 20 years they have been my brokers. My family moved on to other brokers and I stayed loyal. Last year when i needed some help with an insurance claim on my property (the only call I have ever made to them in 20 years). No one ever returned my call. They were out of the office. Eventually Daniel was helpful. Fast forward today, I have been having some issues with a bank account and ran into an issue with my insurance company. I called the office and asked for Daniel and was told he wasn't in the office today, but told to call Anna on her cell phone because she is working from home today. I called and left a message regarding how I can fix the issue with my insurance company. She didn't answer the call but instead text me that I should contact the hundreds of brokers in Mississauga. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. Despite my 20 years of loyalty. Needless to say I will take Anna's advice and find another broker "as there are hundreds in Mississauga"
