The charger for the remote car we bought from Big Boys With Cool Toys (BBWCT) didn't work out-of-the-box and when I called to ask for instructions on how to get a new one BBWCT said that they wouldn't deal with it unless I sent it in at my own cost plus pay them for the tech fee. I told them it was clearly a faulty charger and then they tried to even blame us for possibly damaging it and essentially did all they could to avoid honoring the product they sold us so I just decided to contact the manufacturer and they sent me a new charger and it was all good.

DO NOT ORDER FROM Big Boys With Cool Toys!! They will not honor the product they sold you and will do everything they can to blow you off.
