I am very, very disappointed with Blue Danube Sausage House Ltd Customer Service.

I ordered an $8 bag of Paprika and they charged me $15 for Shipping for a total of $23.

When I opened the mailer that the Paprika was shipped in I noticed a puff of Paprika coming from the bag of Paprika. I gently squeezed the bag and noticed a pinhole near the seam that was allowing air to get in. When I used the Paprika I noticed that it had turned and was bad.

I spoke with Viki about the issue and she said that she'd speak with the owner and would get back to me. Four phone calls and 4 weeks later I finally spoke with Vikki who then sent me an email:

Morning Rick,

We don’t take responsibility for shipping by Canada Post especially in these hot and humid weather but the manger made an exception.

On your next order, we will send you another bag of paprika at no charge of course or a credit for the cost of the bag but I wasn’t authorized to send you just one bag of paprika plus shipping on our cost. Please let me know when you are ready to place the next order and I will add in the paprika (Hazi Arany – 250gr).

As you can see, in order to get the bag of Paprika replaced:

- I have to pay another Shipping Charge.

- or, Buy more product and pay another Shipping Charge!!

Great Customer Service. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and lodging a complaint.
