I agree with the previous comment. Dr.Chau is so arrogant and stuck up he does not value his customers at all. Initially I was told that it would take no more than two years to remove my braces and despite the fact that I went to all my monthly appointments, it took him SIX YEARS. This is because most appointments, they do not tighten your braces like they are supposed to, instead they just change the elastic color. The service is horrible, the place is laughable and if you go to him you have no idea what you're getting yourself into. BEWARE.

I have been a patient of Dr.Chau's for over six years and after the first year I wanted to switch but already had paid full for my braces, which he took four and a half years to remove. Moreover, the service is horrible and you will never get an appointment because Dr.Chau only decides to work about three hours a day, the dental helpers have no clue of what they're doing and don't be surprised if they poke you in the eye or smack your head, by "accident". Lastly, Dr.Chau is so ignorant and stuck-up, I feel bad for all of those people who are currently stuck with him because of braces but to everybody else, I highly advise you to go to one of the other thousand dentists because he suck.
