Reviews of Chess SEO in Mississauga

I tried to work with Rick Austin (the Principal at Chess SEO) for two weeks but quickly found that he was very unreliable and dishonest. I was assured he would provide daily updates to the website but after 14 days, he only worked on the site for 5 days. When I asked him for a project and fee schedule with target dates, he ignored my request, twice. I also should have known there was a problem when he pushed me so hard to pay for the entire contract upfront, before any work was performed, because "that's the way it's done". I ended up paying half of the contract fee up front and now believe that he will not honour his commitment to return a portion of the prepayment now that our contract is null and void.
