I brought in my expensive white Club Monaco blazer in for dry cleaning and they returned it to me with light pink stains all over it. It is ruined! They refused to compensate me for it and to add insult to injury, accused ME of having given it to them in that state. Horrible service and I highly recommend you go elsewhere!

I recently brought my expensive Club Monaco blazer to have dry cleaned and when I picked it up, there were light pink stains all over it. The jacket is white with a black collar and they refused to give me my money back and pay for damages. To add insult to injury, the owner blamed ME for having brought it to him WITH the stains! I'm outraged. Do not use them. It's a waste of money and will cost you even more money in wasted clothes.

Horrible horrible horrible, stay away from this place. They destroyed my suit and refuse to compensate. They are also far more expensive than other tailors since they have high rent in the mall. But terrible, the owner is a liar and yells at his customers to get away without paying for anything
