This company provided the worst moving experience I’ve had in 30 years!

It took them one month to deliver the first batch of my things; another month to deliver the left-over they forgot the first time; and my car arrived a few days after that. The car had a lot of extra mileage on it with no explanation. Can you imagine being without your bed and your car for two months?! Horrible.

The Principal (Ms. N.O.) seems to control communication, slowing things down. Sometimes it took 2 weeks for a reply. It’s like nobody else was allowed to reply unless she said so.

The Principal became extremely unprofessional when I, and other customers based on other reviews, complained about the poor service. She turns things against the customer being so upset rather than dealing with the mistakes made by her staff and making reparations for it. Then she responds with utmost rudeness and threatens to never make contact again so she doesn’t have to deal with paying out claims.

Stay away from this company and if you’re too late and got involved via one of their partner companies, then get the Better Business Bureau involved because otherwise you will get no action.

Worst moving company I’ve experienced in 30 years. Took one month to get the first batch of my stuff; another month to get the leftovers; and a few days after that my car finally showed up. The Principal acts like a dragon when you complain, trying to turn it on the customer being upset rather than what mistakes her staff have made (lateness; partial orders; damages; etc.) What a messy and crazy experience.

Stay as far away from this moving company as possible! Our cross country move was a gong show with the driver showing up a day late to items being damaged and missing at the other end and the company not wanting to take responsibility for it. Not to mention that I was told to personally breakdown furniture if I want them on the truck!
