Very good doctor. Terrible appointment system. As an existing patient, the office/data system sends an excessive number of texts and emails prior to the appointment. Reminders they are, but as I learned today upon arrival for my scheduled appointmant made a year ago, my appointment was cancelled. Amongst all the emails and texts, I needed to "confirm" before the appointment. I get a lot of emails and texts every day and with the office sending so many, I (like others) end up more or less ignoring them. It is a sort of "Boy who cried wolf" scenario. The doctor/office has made a bad decision on the use of tech, part of which is demographics. Maybe their approach works for millenials, but much less for boomers. Or a old gen X like myslef. Thankfully it is for my eyes and I have time to find a better service provider.
