Biggest rip off company I have ever dealt with!! Towed my sons truck not even 2km off the 401 to a parking lot and charged him $672!! Plus was gonna charge him waiting time!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!

Initially overcharged. A*** picked us up from 401 and Eglington Ave for $280 and dropped the vehicle at Martin Grove and Eglington, in a high school parking lot. (it's 6 ish in the evening and getting dark) saying that he did not work in Etobicoke and could not drop the car at Islington and Steeles Abe. He said that he needed to go "make more money" and told us to hurry up and get him his $280. He did not have a debit machine on board and had to take me to the dominion and was pissed when my debit card limit is $250. When calling the company the following day they said that the flat rate fee is $250 and that the Tow truck driver should have been able to take us wherever we requested. This driver was rude and obnoxious, has no customer service skills and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They are also associated with B&M collision center
