Disgusting customer service. Workers won’t listen to you and they’ll treat you according to your race/looks. I walked in and the workers were just gossiping about their personal life. They didn’t greet me or anything. They definitely prioritize themselves more than their own customers. If you’re white and well dressed, you might be able to get good service. When they did finally acknowledge my existence, she was very rude and basically tried telling me to go somewhere else cause she didn’t want to do the work of calling my insurance. Her facial expressions were also very rude. I had to hold myself back because it was too noticeably disrespectful to not react .
