The absolute worst failure of a company I’ve ever experienced. The drivers are incompetent, disgustingly rude and fail to deliver products on nearly every occasion I am forced to deal with them. I’ve started looking at the shipping company first when purchasing online to ensure FO is not the courier. Drivers make zero effort. Several refunds have had to be issued due to packages being stolen due to being left on the street bc they can’t bother to make a phone call and ask me for help in locating a back door. How this company and its worthless employees are still going is shocking. Shameful behaviour.

Fleet optic lost my package again. Only second time this month. 2weeks later and I’m still waiting for a follow up call regarding the first package and my missing items. Now my second package was delivered to the wrong address again. Beyond annoyed 😠 with this delivery service
