Reviews of Gears Canada in Mississauga

I just wanted to write a review about Gears Canada. A very long story short; I bought some merchandise from Gears and have an issue with their marketing policy. I bought a heated vest and heated gloves that I assumed would work together only to find out when I received them you had to buy a small splitter wire from Gears to make it all work together, plus shipping, which worked out to about 20% of the cost of the vest and gloves. I certainly was not expecting that. I then wrote Customer Service about it and asked them to pass my complaint to the general manager, I have not heard a word back, it’s been five working days. I don’t think I would ever buy Gears product again.
