I wish I had read the poor reviews before ordering. The management in this store is petty and unfair. I bought a crib and the accompanying mattress. The mattress they sent with the crib did not fit, it was too small. While at first they apologized, once they had the mattress back, they charged me a "restocking fee" worth 25% of my purchase. They claim the mattress was received in unsellable condition which is untrue. Buyer BEWARE. These people don't care what they ship because they will charge you a fee for nothing when you return the item. Its a scam! I am sorry I ever had business with such unreliable, entitled seller! They are a shame to Canadian store!

Very disappointed in the level of customer service received especially since my purpose for reaching out was a shipping error made on their end. I ordered some items for my new baby and had some unforseen circumstances that delayed me from opening my items. By the time I checked them, I realized I was sent a wrong item. When I reached out they refused to acknowledge or apologize for the errors and they also refused to correct/make right their error. I would never recommend them, nor will I be ordering from here again. Very unimpressed.

TERRIBLE SHOP. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I went to this store for car seats and a stroller for my twins. I had two car seats but they were too big for my car so wanted to buy two that would fit. The Manager told me what car seat to buy. She took it to my car and assured me it would fit. She never measured with the base. I bought two and then attempted to install them right at the store and they did NOT fit. They REFUSED A REFUND FOR THE SEATS, over $800, because the boxes were opened. But THEY ADVISED ON THE PURCHASE. We now have to purchase seats AGAIN from a different company and somehow try to sell these. Very disappointed.
