I have just made a purchase at Mississauga Greenhouse and its very frustrating with the two lines for purchases. Yet again, I was in a line with the customer in front of me taking 10 minutes of the assistants time; whereas the other line was moving and 4 people joined that line and were served ahead of me. I suggested to Oliva, the assistant, that the store adopt a one line policy to avoid this situation. She didn't seem particularly interested in my suggestion. I doubt I will shop at Mississauga Greenhouse again because this is not the first time its happened.
