Very very bad experience with the manager ( a woman) ONLY !!! I insiste because their employees are nice and they deserve a better person than her to manage them !

I came to buy a piano and took the mesurement to make sure it fit my place. I came back the very next day with a truck to grab it and the price changed 100$ extra !!!

She said that they did a mistake on the price and it concern another one serisouly ?! The employee the day before didnt mentioned it... and the price tag was still on top of the piano at that time.

Anyway this is their fault and not the customer fault. But we tried to find a solution with the manager by adding a bench so we can get it at the price we saw.

But this lady was extremely rude to us and didn't want to do any arrangement. She was mad and was trying to call her employees that was in the shop the day before to fight them ? Serisouly ? Instead of trying to find a solution ?

What a very bad management. Dear Misses it may be in your company's best interest to honor the advertised price rather than anger potential customers and fight your employees for a mistake. Hope you thought about it after we left and I told you I will leave you a bad review so here it is ;)
