Had an accident in Feb 2023 with my brand new Acura tlx 2022 with only about 2000 kms in Mississauga, and im from Quebec. The tow truck guy from their place showed up super quick, was very nice and friendly and gave us some tips and plus it was a crucial weekend for me because we just came to have a nice time with my new car while someone had rammed into us , blowing a red light, but i wasn’t too stressed, because one of the managers (Richard) there told me how they were professionals and would take care of everything properly. Few months later after getting the final parts, we came back from a 6 hours drive to pick up our car back and drove back home. After getting back to Quebec, we noticed few issues with the paint and alignment of the bumper and were quite bummed however when Richard found out, he immediately contacted me, sent a tow truck with a rental car to pick up my car all the way from Mississauga. All issues were mostly addressed and resolved. Also very nice and understandable staffs and wanted to give a big shoutout to Richard and Mike for doing all their best to deliver our car as fast as possible and being very understanding on how impatient we were.

The tow truck guy from their place showed up super quick, was very nice and friendly and gave us some tips however, once he brought us to their shop, i was told by their employees i need to sign a few papers so they would give me a rental and on how i allow them to work on my vehicle for repairs, and i could deny anytime, it was a crucial weekend for me because i just came to have a nice time with my new car and someone had rammed into us , blowing a red light. But after i reached back home i had to call them back to so they would release my véhicule so that the garage from my insurance can come and pick it up, but guess what, obviously in what i signed, it was saying that i agree them fixing my car. Anyways that was partly my fault, but i wasn’t too stressed, because one of the managers there told me how they were professionals and would take care of everything properly. Few months later when they were getting all the last parts of the car and it was being prepped for being released i kept calling almost day because everyday there would be some new stories on how something broke so they need to re order or this parts needs to be painted, everyday there was some issues and i also made sure to let them know by my insurance that because of the accidents there was some coffee spilled on the passenger seats so just make sure everything was good and clean everything. After complaining to the managers and all they finally agreed to give us the car and i kept telling them to make sure everything is good because i live 6 hours and i dont want to come for nothing and still have problems with the car. On the day of the delivery there were so many problems, such as the hood being not centred, some excess paint on the hood, and some places that needed proper polish and work. They “fixed” the issues taking over 2 hours. After arriving back home we noticed some paint cracks on the bumper, some missing hole plugs in the passenger door, our lock actuator not working on the passenger door(because it was not plugged back), and all the coffee stains being present in the car. Very horrible service, work was rushed and was done cheaply, would not recommend as a garage.

Their professionalism sucks!!! I sent my car for repair. I forgot to get my sunglasses as i was rushing to get to work but as they guaranteed I can TRUST my car is in good hands, and I believed that. Wrong! I picked tha car after a week and my sunglasses was missing and I'm having a hard time to get them to solve my case. They said they not liable for lost and found stuff. Well, too bad. I forgot my sunglasses inside my car but IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN STEAL IT!
