My 2015 Dodge Caravan suddenly presented with what seemed to be trouble shifting gears. I was recommended to Shiftfix Transmissions in Mississauga. They very quickly looked at my Van and took it out for a test drive to better understand the difficulty.
They very quickly after a few more diagnostic tests explained (in plain language) that my van's transmission was not the issue, but in fact it was miss firing due to spark plugs and cylinders were in need of a tune up due to 170,000 mileage etc. The very friendly front desk fellow said he could highly recommend a mechanic that he himself uses and would I like him to give him a call to see if he could see the Van asap. He did call and I was able to drive over to the new place to have this service completed. It took the guys at Shiftfix about an hour to give me the verdict and during the time they were friendly, knowledgable and reassuring about the Van needs. Plus the cost was Zero! yes Zero! for great service, time, brilliant customer service, and peace of mind! Thank you guys very much!
