1. Request graphic vehicle print. Print was measured incorrectly and did not scale to bed of my truck, we therefore had to drop lettering 2. Request banner for trade-show. Banner print had unknown character Emad had to reprint. 3. Request brochure material for trade-show. Template provided required formatting, Emad formatted for photos and text and botched whole brochure do to text irregularities which was not included on my template Number 3 had large implications as there was no time to reprint this material and therefore I had no material to share for my trade-show. I returned after trade-show with all brochures requesting a refund do to the fact that these cannot be distributed. His response was this was a rush which I paid additional $200.00 for and is a poor excuse for lack of quality and unprofessionalism. Our discussion then turned argumentative relatively quickly and ended with him telling me to “GO TO HELL".
