Reviews of Streetsville Medical Centre in Mississauga

On 29th April around 11am, I visited Streetsville Medical Centre, and I was quite disappointed with the service I received from the receptionist at the front desk. There were three receptionists, all busy on their computers without acknowledging people in the waiting line.
I was told I needed to self-check-in at the front door. After explaining that I came specifically to inquire about an appointment, the receptionist offered me a slot after three weeks later.
For a simple blood work test! This was disappointing, especially since many other similar facilities offer walk-in services for such basic procedures.
It felt like I was bothering them by just being there, which is not the experience I expect from a healthcare facility. the front desk experience left a lot to be desired. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer service at the front desk, as first impressions matter, especially in a healthcare setting.
