I recently purchased a dress from Tory Burch Square One and unfortunately had to return it within the 30-day window. My encounter with the associate named Mathieu left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with the level of customer service provided.

Upon trying to return the dress, Mathieu was rude and dismissive right from the start. He seemed disinterested in assisting me and accused me of wearing the dress, which never happened. It was clear that he had already formed a negative assumption about me, without giving me a fair chance to explain the situation.

The manner in which Mathieu treated me was unprofessional and uncalled for. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Instead, I was met with hostility and an unwarranted accusation.

While I understand that return policies can be stringent, there is no excuse for poor customer service. As a loyal customer of Tory Burch, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question whether I want to continue supporting the brand.

I hope that Tory Burch takes this review seriously and addresses the issue with their associate training and customer service standards. No one should be subjected to such treatment when simply trying to make a return. It is my sincere hope that future customers have a more positive experience than mine.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Tory Burch based on my recent encounter with Mathieu. I advise potential customers to be cautious and to keep in mind that exceptional customer service should be a priority for any reputable brand.

I contacted the customer service since a week now and provided all proof of payment and purchase and I received an email today denying my request, stating that they called the manager and decided that the dress was warn !
So now my word against theirs and I’m escalating this to higher level.
This is a Very bad experience at all aspects from associate to customer service but it seems they do not care about loosing customers.
