Save your time, $$$, & tears. I had a terrible experience at this salon today. The vibe is extremely discriminative. I probably should have read the google & yelp reviews first instead of just going off of Instagram/socials. Super deceptive, was told on the phone that the service I wanted would cost approx. $150 plus tax (it was simply a TOUCH UP on my money piece) and that I would be contacted with a final price before my appointment. I was never contacted & tried to call multiple times to cancel my appointment but line was busy every time. I Ended up giving it a chance and still going to the appointment. On the way there I received a text confirming my appointment and then minutes later received a call saying I needed to come in 15 minutes later than scheduled. I Finally get to the appointment and get seated in a chair to wait another 15 minutes. Someone eventually came over and asked me what I wanted, left again for 20 minutes, and then handed me an iPad to fill out a form & said the service would be $250 plus tax ($100 more than said on the phone). I assumed maybe because of the thickness of my hair. I then was left again for 20 minutes before the horror began. The hairdresser not only completely left out my roots, which is the whole reason I was there! (her reason being that she used a board), she also got bleach where it was not supposed to be, leaving me with an orange tint in the middle of my head (along with complimentary scalp burns) without even giving me the lilac colour I asked for. When it was finally time to wash out the bleach she washed it out too soon and had to apply more, in doing so she asked me to sit in the corner on a chair with my wet hair dripping everywhere. Then she washed out my hair and applied toner and colour but got conditioner all inside my ears. When it came time to blow dry my hair she blow dried half of it and asked me if it would be okay to leave the rest. After all of this, when I went to pay, I was charged $350 instead of what I was told on the phone ($150+ tax) and what I was told in person before my appointment ($250+ tax). When I tried to contact the salon no answer. Absolutely not worth it. Looks like something that was done at home. Will not be returning & do not recommend! Do not sign the waiver.
