Deceitful and unprofessional.
Right from beginning they misled on car grus the pricing for vehicle. When confronted with the ad and pricing listed finance manager said they weren't responsible for other companies listing s of their products.
Hid from the work done on truck and work still needing to be done. Only once I requested the printout of work done was it made obvious there was work left to be done which was never told to me.
Sold me a warranty I paid cash for that was useless on this vehicle. Salesman told me they had put over 4,000. Dollars of repairs which actually was 149.00 which ended up not working. Truck leaked oil all over had to go back to dealership that dealership offered to take the truck on a trade in on a new vehicle.
I then ask to have the money I paid for the extended warranty returned to me.
The whole process has been dragged out and one month later I'm still fighting to get my money back eventhough all conditions to have it returned have been met. The used car salesman Ilir Soushi has done nothing but lie and create more excuses to not return the money.
He's now saying he needs to see the payout from the lien holder of the truck that was paid out when I traded the vehicle in to another Nissan dealership for a new vehicle. Obviously the previous lien holder was paid......This salesmanager has been nothing but unprofessional. In all my years of dealing with Nissan this is the worst I've ever encountered.
Buyer beware and make sure if you pay cash for any products such as xtended warranties they don't put it on your sales contract. Read all fine print and ask lots of questions. Make sure you actually see and read the work completed for the safety.
They sold a vehicle not fit to be on the road with a warranty that covered nothing for a vehicle that age.

Well, here we are again. We just leased another Nissan Sentra 2022 VP SE from Shaun Kazemi at Woodchester Nissan. Once again a great experience in the transaction.

We would not hesitate to repeat this action in the future. A great company
