I think it’s best you really read the stipulations of this company before signing up.
I signed up on March 7th 2023, to which I thought was $20 /month, then I realized it’s $60/3months that was charged to my credit card. I, then used their service once. Spoke with 1 Doctor and was referred to another Doctor.
I decided this wasn’t the service for me, and I went in and canceled a week later. Then I wrote this company kindly asking for a refund, as I only used them one time. I had no interest in continuing with them. I do have a family doctor and this was a last resort because I couldn’t get in to see my family doctor. Well, they gave me a “Partial” refund, which only include $20 because apparently, to Speak to 2 doctors costs 2 full subscription months. WE HAVE OHIP FOR A REASON?! They are now refusing to issue anything other than what they deem as fair!
Terrible customer Service. I’d be willing to settle for a $40 refund. As I have not utilized month 2 or month 3 of this subscription.
This is Steeling! This is poor customer service! I would highly recommend people read the fine print before you allow this company access to your credit card. They will make you either continue on with the subscription you’re adamant you don’t want, or tell YOU how it’s going to be!
I’m a very dissatisfied. They are STEELING, and this isn’t right!!!!
