Big miss for pro care plumbing , I am without a shower and proper plumbing . They left me in October with a sewage smell on the brand new hook up . Pipes tnat will only go 30 feet and then clog and freeze. And won’t take ownership of the mistake and charging me every time they show up to fix the mistake. In the first week of February it took the guy 6 hours to bang on pipes to find out issue. He had to get the boss to tell him what to do. And now after the pipes get replaced with same grade piping it had back up in same spot and can’t use only shower in my house. I have BBB on his case and lawyers and inspector coming to get this problem fixed. I have a kid here and she can’t even use bathroom in her own home because of ProCare plumbing.
