This office is horrible. The secretary Debbie refuses to use emails and makes people drive across town to pick up prescriptions and doctors notes. She never answers the phone and when she speaks to you, she is entitled and rude. As for Dr. Bronet, she does not thorough exams, she does not provide any type of options or help, and she does not follow up after visits or tests. Wanted to do a pap test (she knows I haven't had one in years) yet I still had to ask for it. She referred me to a gyno who told she should have done it, that gynos are only for issues and that family doctors are supposed to do pap tests now. She tells me I need some vitamins; I ask for prescription; she refuses and tells me to just buy them. Tried to get life insurance and she took months to fill them out and I got refused because she filled them in with the wrong information. They are both cold and uncaring people who do not help the sick, their attitudes only make it all feel worse. I, as well as other patients have tried to talk to her about Debbie and about herself, only to be told that they are the best team and to find another doctor if we aren't happy. These two women both need to retire, or someone is going to end up dead, if it hasn’t happened already.
