WORST CARWASH IN MONTREAL!!!
POOR SERVICE, UNORGANIZED AND UNQUALIFIED EMPLOYEES,TOTAL LACK OF CARE AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSE TO YOUR VEHICLE, POOR TO NONEXISTENT REPAIR QUALITY AND SERVICE! THIS FAMILLY ARE CROOKS BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH OR GARAGE THEIR SCAMMERS!!!!
The employees are all junkies barely capable of keeping their eyes open with absolutely no idea what their doing!!!
The place is run by Mr picci and his sons who could care less about quality service they just want to take your cash and kick you out!
I brought my audi Q5 which I had just purchased a couple of days before to get washed for the first time, one of their junky employees backed up another clients mercedes into the front of my Q5!!!
They ripped off a corner of my front bumper and wheelwell lining.... the son came and see what happened and said don't worry will fix everything for you just bring back the car tomorrow.
When I returned the next day the son was nowhere to be found and the father had no clue what I was talking about. After 1h of waiting for the father to figure out what happened he told me to leave the car and it would get fixed at their garage attached to the carwash.
I came back to pick it up at the end of the day and they did not actually fix anything... they tried blaming it on me saying that my truck was already broken they had buffed the cracks in the bumper... like that would somehow hide the damage and did the worst repaire job possible without changing any pieces.
Basically just refitted the broken piece and glueed it back on half assed.
When I complained about the repair the father kept insisting that my new truck was already damaged...
The supposed "repair" lasted about 6 months until the glue they used started failling and the wheelwell lining started falling out causing a whole bunch of other problems...
Took it to a real mechanic and was charged over $1000 to have it repaired correctly....
This was the most expensive car wash in history!!!
