HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went to dye my hair. The hairdresser's name was Ahmet. He's Turkish. I booked an appointment showing him my hair and a reference picture of what I wanted. He was confident that he could bring the color that I wanted, but he gave me nothing close to what I wanted. I wanted ashy hair, but all I got was golden orangish hair. It made me traumatised. I didn't want to pay the full price because I got nothing close to what I wanted (no ashy tones at all!), but they made me pay the full price! I was telling him I got nothing close to what I wanted and all that, and he was telling me that's the maximum he could do lol, and he was telling me "this looks nice. Better than your natural color. Don't worry!" I mean how can a hairdresser even tell me to not worry after giving me nothing close to what I wanted??!!
Ahmet's instagram page looks nice which is why I went to him, but now I wonder if those are his work. Moreover, when he applied bleach/color to my head, my scalp was burning a lot. I don't know what product he used. It was such a bad experience for me! Never ever going back

Serious issues going in this salon. I would never go to a place where the client is not given respect and taken seriously!

A friend of mine went to get her hair colored by a hairdresser working there called Ahmet Karagoz. He missed the coloration completly. Did not even come near the color my friend wanted. Her scalp even burned during the bleaching. When my friend complained about the color, he did not even apologised and said that the missed color is looking better on her. She had to pay full amount for a work done carelessly. She did not even get a refund.

I called the salon to help my friend who was distressed by the wrong color of her hair and wanted to speak to the owner or person in charge. The girl who answered my call said that she does not give any damn. That there was no owner (seriously!?) Or person in charge. That we were free to go to the police. She refused to give her name and cut my call twice! Very unprofessional!
