They are so rude and inefficient. The owner is father and son and the son is so unprofessional. Their website is not accurate- they did not have the products in store. I was told to come 2 days in a row. Then they said they would deliver it to me downtown and they did not.

Terrible customer service. Extremely inefficient delivery service. My interaction with them was very unpleasant and to top it all off, they charged me a delivery fee and I never even received the order! The person I spoke to was aggressive in his tone, rude, and unprofessional. There are a million health food stores in Montreal who provide quality service and value their customers. I will bring my business elsewhere.
