Reviews of Nettoyeur Dugal in Montréal

I brought a dress in to be cleaned and when I returned three days later none of the multiple stains had been removed. I pointed this out to them, and they started yelling at me saying there was no guarantee that the stains had to be removed. I said I wanted to speak to the manager they told me to come back the next day. When i came back the next day, it was the same thing from the manager - she got really angry and started yelling telling me i was ignorant about dry cleaning and that there was no guarantee that the stains would be removed. These were water stains on a dress, it was very clear what type of stains they were. Terrible customer service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
