La nouvelle gestion prend ses immeubles au sérieux et sont très avenants. Ceci dit, malgré leurs efforts, des coquerelles sont toujours presentes dans le bloc. De plus, il n'y a ni de recyclage, ni de compost. Le chauffage marche toujours trop fort, au point ou je dois garder une fenêtre ouverte durant l'hiver. Si vous tenez à l'environnement, ce logement va vous faire grincer des dents. Gros deal breaker pour moi.
New management takes their propriety very seriously and are helpful. Nevertheless, there are still cockroaches in the building, which is a deal-breaker for me. There also isn't any recycling or compost in the building. The heating system is also overproducting, to the point where I have to keep a window open during the winter. If you care about the environment, this building will make you cringe.
