DO NOT RENT AT ROCKHILL!!!!!

I have been living in D710 since November 30th 2022.

On September 22nd the garage door closed on the hood of my car repeatedly causing $1000.00 worth of damages.

It took Julie Chapdelaine from the Risk Assessment team until November 2nd to respond to my claim only for her to laugh at me, hang up on me and ultimately deny liability for the damages to my vehicle.

DO NOT RENT AT THIS APARTMENT BUILDING. Constant construction and repairs, dirt in the garages, cockroaches all over the building and in units, elevators constantly going down… I say again… DO NOT RENT AT ROCKHILL APARTMENTS!!!!!! You’ve been warned.
