Reviews of Salon Esthetique Charme in Montréal

I came accross this review quite surprised...have been there a few times and always got what I wanted, VERY reasonable prices and welcoming service. The russian lady Inna, owner of the place, is yielding to customers resquests and takes the time to discuss the desired result. I always left satisfied. The place is conveniently located next to Cote-de-Neiges metro. I am one satisfied customer!

The place is run by a russian girl. I went there because I bought a deal on internet. I thought I would have a minimum services but NO! First of all she tell that I have to pay more because my hair are long ( not that long!) she speaked russian with her friend all the time she is doing my hair. She did not respected the deal at all ( no scalp treatment, no massage.) When her other customer arrived she put me under the big blow dryer. She touched a little bit my hair...but really I could do better at home!

This place just want your money...they don't care about the services neither if you are satisfied of not. Will never go back
