Commamder subwoofer, jeudi le 12 janvier, payé extra pour livraison rapide,.

APès 3 jours, le lundi 16 janvier SUBWOOFER, toujours pas expedier, appel magasin, Éric très courtois, lui explique situation, me "mentionné c'est queIls sont très occupé "🙄.

Demande également de me rembourser les frais supplémentaires de 37 + taxes poir livraison 1 jour par expressPost, attend toujours remboursement.

Rappel ce matin mardi le 17 pcq SUB toujours pad en livraison, le subwoofer est présentement en chargement dans le camion FedEx 🫡 5 jours plustard

C'est ma deuxième mauvaise expérience avec SE Concept. 1er achat controller DDJ-200 supposément en stock sur le site, mais à commander. Ils mon remboursé..


Je veux bien encourager les entreprises local au lieu amazon. Faut vraiment améliorer leurs services !

Bought a M-Audio keyboard from them off Reverb.com, when the product arrived I noticed that it was totally different from the pictures advertised on the ad.
Talked to Christian Blanchard (the manager/boss) about the issue and he was very rude with me, kept cutting me off (AND even started YELLING at me!). He didn't even try to find a solution to meet me halfway or make me happy.

Awful customer service, NEVER BUYING from them ever again! So should you…buy elsewhere!
