Very good
All three mini-splits were installed on the day scheduled. The insulation work was done with no problems. They know where to place the exterior compressor to achieve maximum effectiveness. The team of six men were very polite. Very little mess left. Cleaned up inside and outside of the house. Excellent job.

Poor
No thorough review of heating requirements as advertised. No reference to Amerispec Energy Audit. No reference to NRC ASHP sizing selection guide. No operating cost estimate for an Air Source Heat Pump, even through historical heating costs were provided. Project manager / sales not willing to discuss specs without an installation commitment. No installation guarantee - a failure to inspire confidence.
