The main front desk woman is a (fill in the blank). More than most administrative staff, which is really saying something. Dr. Gordon is a narcissistic, incompetent boob who became a doctor solely for the money and his ego. Don't go there.

The doctors are amazing!
Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the front desk people and the nurse.
Their charisma and empathy are ZERO!. They feel entitled to make you feel bad with rude comments and lack of professionalism.
Many people are complaining about the same thing.
My humble opinion is that if you don't like your job, you should quit and find something else instead.
To the clinic owners, please change your administrative staff; they run the show giving that clinic a gloomy and pessimistic experience from the moment you get in!
We are patients and deserve to be treated with respect and kindness!.
