Reviews of Cross Over Media in Nanaimo

This review is long over due. I was hosted by Dan and Rich for 7 years between 2014 to 2021. Dan could never recover from a past negative experience and regain any level of professionalism in my opinion. Dan you did work on my site years ago and didn't consult with me first. I was unaware that you were doing anything to my website and then I received a bill. Before I joined you said your policy is to consult and get permission first. When I stated this you argued, "we want to get paid", "we want to get paid over an over."

Then you sent an entire 20 invoices to my address at Christmas in 2019 billing me for bills I already paid. You didn't apologize.

Then in 2020 when I asked Rich to hide my website. He did that and when I asked for it to be unzipped later I was billed for 1 hour of service. You both were untruthful and told me it takes a full hour of work. Then you kicked me out and told me to go elsewhere which I did immediately and when I asked this company to unzip my website they said it's "no charge" as it only takes 1 minute.

I paid only for the full year of service with the new company and was never billed - not even once for small things by your competitor which tells me you Dan and Rich are both dishonest businessmen.

I've given them a poor review because Dan and Rich both acted hostile toward me and they lied to me. I was charged a full hour for asking them to unzip my hidden website and when I left to join their competitor they told me it only takes a few min and there's no charge.

Dan you hold grudges and nickel and dimed me. You did work on my site without telling me years ago and you still argued about that when I declared that you didn't consult with me as you promised you'd do before I joined. You resented me and were never able to get over some past experiences we had and regain a level of professionalism.
