The are only getting one star because you cannot leave zero! We asked them nine months ago to update our banking and address info with Revenue Canada and they did not do so. I even left them a cheque with all the new info so they had it in writing. As a consequence of their incompetence, we had to jump through multiple hoops with Revenue Canada and wait over four months after our returns were actually submitted to finally get our refunds. Even now, I am still missing a return from the previous year which they updated without my permission and now refuse to follow up on. DREADFUL COMPANY!
