Purchased a 2021 Jeep from this dealership and immediately it required servicing for some critical issues which was disappointing but what was even more disappointing was the poor service we received while trying to resolve these issues. Either the service department flat out did not return my calls to book an appointment or would mislead me with false timelines and misdiagnosis. It’s unclear whether it’s lack of competence or just a blatant disregard for proper customer service. Would sincerely warn anyone looking to purchase a vehicle that this dealership is not the route to take if you want to have a respectable experience.
