Gas furnace stopped working & called Nustar Heating , they were out whithin a few hours & fixed the problem quickly !! Great service & nice friendly repairmen ,,, highly recommended. !! 😎👍

Sufficient
We asked Nu-Star Heating and Cooling to replace our failing 25-year-old HRV (Heat Recovery and Ventilation) system with a new one that has similar functionality. Instead, they gave us a downgraded HRV that does not have a summer mode. As a result, our HRV expels cool air in the summer and retains hot air.
This is a problem because a) we live on the ground floor and cannot leave the windows open at night for security reasons, b) Some rooms have windows that do not open, and c) We have a relatively “tight house.”
We told Nu-Star that we would write negative reviews if they did nothing to address the problem. Despite our requests, they have done nothing since March of 2022, and it is now November of 2022. If they change their tune, I am willing to revise my review.
