Had an appointment at 10 am today to have a sticker put on my back window and to pick up two signs for my business I was told it would take one hour and I ended up there 2.5 hours. After seeing the final results of the signs and the sticker that was put on my brand new vehicle I noticed the sign was crooked, the wrong colour and there was a spelling mistake the spelling mistake also carried over to the signs. When I asked the owner, Dave Hogan, to remove the sign from the back of the car he was extremely upset with me when I followed him to the back of the car he began ripping the sticker and almost my back wiper off of the car I noticed some scratches around the trim of the window that were very deep which were obviously made with a razor blade. And when I tried to talk to him about the scratches he started yelling at me extremely loudly and swearing at me and finally told me where I could shove the sign and to do it ,Yosef and he walked into his business and slammed the door shut . At this time I felt so threatened that I called my son to come help me take the sticker off because I was scared to get out of my vehicle once my son arrived we went back into The business to try to reason with him and I asked him to come back out and just take a look at the scratches. He came back out and was obviously upset and started ripping the sticker off again and acknowledge the scratches and even agreed that they were there but started yelling and screaming at me again and using a lot of profanity and became extremely threatening again, He walked back into his business and slam the door like a child again and lock the door, And made sure just before locking it to yell back to me with a grin on his face if you want it fixed take me to court. At this time I decided to call the police to have a report done and I took pictures and a video so if anybody would like to see them please contact me because if you do get your vehicle done it is going to be scratched . This vehicle has less than 10,000 km and the damage done on the back window trim is extensive. I am so disheartened and disappointed with what happened today because after buying a brand new vehicle that I worked so hard to get and trying to promote my business on the back of it I ended up with the damage because of somebody who just didn’t care one bit. If you want to get signs stickers or anything done I would not recommend going to this place and in fact would discourage anybody to do so, if you care about your belongings and the things you work so hard for you would want somebody to work on them that also cares and this man does not care one bit and in fact thought it was funny that he did this damage to my vehicle. I truly believe because I was a woman and I did have my daughter with me that he felt that he could bully me as he did . I don’t know how much damage is done but I will be getting an estimate and once I do I can update you with the damage that he has done and how much it is gonna cost to have fixed. And trust me I am not going to be the one to pay for it. If you go to this business your stuff is going to get damaged or ruined. I am not the first and I really wish I would’ve listened to others that told me the same thing and I would not be in the situation.
