QUALITY AND SERVICE. That is what we look for in a dealership. We did our homework. We drove all the way from Tweed to see if the good things we had heard about Carloft in Napanee were true.
Nick was and is our 'knight in shining armor'. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and we never felt pushed into a sale. We told him what we were looking for and our budget. He directed us into purchasing the 'perfect' car for us. Our 2023 Elantra is a dream car and after driving it for two months now, we know we made the right choice in not just a car but Napanee Carloft and with dealing who we have dubbed "Sir Nick" because he really is our knight in shining armor.
We must include "Sir Jeremey" as well. He got us a wonderful affordable rate. We are so happy!
We will be back to Carloft in Napanee when we are ready to purchase a truck. We wouldn't deal with anyone else. Thank you Nick and Jeremey for such great service. If someone is reading this review because they are looking for their 'perfect vehicle and dealership' then I highly recommend these guys! You won't be disappointed.

Needed a new car, I was turned away from basically everywhere because I’m young and have no real credit built. Jeremy at carloft napanee helped me with everything! He made it so simple and stress free for me. He answered my thousands of questions and did everything he could to make my payments what I needed. He was very kind and I definitely recommend checking them out! Great cars and great guys!!
