Reviews of Cowan Office Supplies Ltd in Nelson

The service here is TERRIBLE. Ive been in before and it wasnt busy at all. Clerks standing behind the counter chatting and nobody coming over to help me where I was when I aked questions. Today 2018 03 19 2:00PM I was just there. Pick things up and was standing at the counter to pay for it, waited my turn while other that were there before me were helped then when it was my turn someone behind me said "I just have a quick question" The cleark that had started to help me left and went over to the pen section and started going through all the pens with someone who had just walked in. Totally not what I consider decent service. When Im there wanting something and there are no customers waiting to get service at the checkout they wont leave the counter then when Iv stood and waied my tuirn at the counter they walk away to help someone that just came in. Im headed to Castlegar and Trail in the next few days so will do my shopping out of town. If Nelson wants locals to shop in town then they should treat us more fairly. I had to give them a single star if I had the option it would have been a negative 5 stars. Im so tired of the lousy service at this store.
