Although he is fairly good once you get an appointment, it's his wife that makes it so unbelievably a bad experience. She is very rude. She makes the bad come out of me in seconds of speaking to her. Also Dr Ghattas forces his opinions on me as well. The one great thing about him is if he doesn't know what the problem is with you, he has no problem sending you elsewhere. Of course this comes after you had told him the issue on the phone. His wife should be a must go. For her to sit on the phone and argue with
me about how long it should be for me to see my Dr or even talk with my Dr is not very professional. She acts like she is the boss of all. She will determine if I get to see him in a timely manner. This is not right. She acts like she is still in highschool. Grow up lady, join the rest of us adults.
