Saturday Oct 29 I was bringing a resident back to the retirement home from the hospital ,
As It was the middle of the night I ran the bell , we were greeted within mins of ringing by a very kind , professional young lady , Jesma . She was very attentive to the resident knowing they had spent the day at the ER .. right away welcomed her home and asked if she was hungry or thirsty.
It was heart warming to see such care gentleness and compassion . This young lady is a perfect example of quality care .
